Case Study Submission: Terms & Conditions

Important information for Paxton Rewards members who wish to submit a case study suggestion for consideration, as a point earning achievement under our loyalty program(me).

These terms and conditions apply to all Paxton Rewards members who wish to use marketing materials provided by The Paxton Group (“we/our/us”).

The Paxton Group consists of Paxton Access Ltd, Paxton Inc, Paxton GmbH, Paxton FZE & Paxton Benelux B.V.

As a Paxton Rewards member submitting a case study suggestion in exchange for Paxton Rewards points (referred to as “you/your”), please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. By submitting your case study suggestion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, we will be unable to accept your submission.

  1. Your submission must be based on a true Paxton installation that has been completed by your company, on a legitimate end-user site.
    By completing this submission, you are agreeing to our use of your company name and logo, your company’s security solutions, and the name, location and business purpose, of your client’s site.
  2. Upon receipt of a completed case study submission, we agree to review the submission for validity within 28 calendar days and, pending approval, your Paxton Rewards points will be credited to your account within this timeframe.
      – An approved case study submission will earn you 25 Paxton Rewards points.
    1. – Approval is granted at the discretion of the Paxton Marketing team and is based on the provision of suitable detail regarding the installation.
  3. If your submission is not approved, you will not be entitled to any Paxton Rewards points.
  4. Successful submission of a case study suggestion is not an indication that your case study will be published, this is at the discretion of the Paxton Marketing team.
  5. Should we proceed with a case study based on your submission, you will be contacted by our team.
  6. Successful completion and approval of a case study entitles you to 25 Paxton Rewards points.
      – Your Rewards points will be credited to your account when we deem the case study to be complete and approved by all parties.
    1. – Successful submission of a case study suggestion and completion of a Paxton case study constitutes completion of the ‘Paxton Case Study Collaborator’ achievement in the Paxton Rewards program(me). This achievement entitles you to 100 bonus Rewards points.
  7. Publication of a case study may not immediately follow completion of said case study. We reserve the right to withhold publication of any completed case studies, in order to best suit our business and marketing strategy.
  8. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions (without notice) from time to time and you will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time your case study suggestion is submitted.
