Please note: Access to our API for integration purposes is changing. From July 1 2024, only commercial integrators* will be granted access. We are currently working to provide a network of Certified Integration Developers to help us continue supporting the needs of all customers who require an integration with Net2. More information will be available soon.

*Commercial integrators are defined as businesses that create and sell Net2 integrations to customers as part of their product suite.

How to Integrate with Net2

If you would like to develop a commercial integration for Net2, the process is simple. Work with our Integrations team to complete the four easy steps below. Following approval, your integration will be added to our approved integration page.

If you are a Net2 user, we do not make specific recommendations regarding the integrations available. Please visit our integration page for more info or contact a Registered Paxton installer.

Get in touch

Complete the Integration request form, with as much detail as possible.

Please refer to our Integration Capabilities Matrix for more information about available features and methods.

Our Integrations team will review your form and, if accepted, we will be in touch to discuss next steps.

Initial meeting

This meeting will cover:

1) The full integration concept and how you intend for it to work

2) Any technical questions from our Integration Development team

Demonstration

When your integration is complete you will be required to provide a demonstration of your functioning integration, including information about your support structure and installation documentation.

Releasing your
integration

Following review and approval of your integration, you will be provided with a lifetime API license.

You will also receive a certified integration logo and certificate, and support from our team to communicate the release of your integration.

Please note: we are no longer accepting applications for non-commercial integrations. Non-commercial is defined as an integration that has been developed for a specific site and not sold to other customers.

If you are a Net2 installer or user and you require a bespoke, non-commercial integration for your site, our Certified Integration Developers can help.
